CUASA's third Executive Director joined the team September 13, 2010. Kimberly's responsibilities are to ensure that members and potential members continue to receive excellent advice and services from CUASA such as advice to members and job candidates, grievances, administering the collective agreement and negotiations, and to innovate and enhance the operations of the organization.

CUASA's first Member Services Officer joined CUASA on August 1, 2011. His responsibilities include advising members, membership development, communications (including maintaining the CUASA website) and research support.

Deborah Jackson

In addition to the day to day running of the CUASA Office (which includes information technology and file management), Deborah is responsible for CUASA's finances, administering the mailing and membership lists, running CUASA elections and the loan of CUASA materials to members.

Bob Jones, the insurance broker who worked in the CUASA Office, retired June 30, 2011. You should contact Rhodes & Williams directly at 613-226-6590 and indicate to the person answering your last name and they will pass you onto the appropriate broker.
